I'm proud of the effort you've put forth getting it off the ground. Guess that's it for now, I can't wait to read your next edition! I sometimes feel that it is just me who is going thru trials. Just yesterday I had a talk with God and told Him that this time I was really going to leave a certain situation in His hands - He is far more capable than I. I tend to like to be in control - or at least try to be! I think God has been pretty much sitting back and laughing and sometimes sighing, just waiting for me to figure out that He has a much greater plan, and I need to get out of His way so He can fulfill it.

I find encouragement knowing that other women are also struggling, sometimes fretting, and praying for their families, with the hope that Jesus Christ will ultimately be the victor in the situations that concern and worry us daily.

I get excited when I watch Beth Moore and how she seems to be in touch with all of the anxieties that I am going thru and how she is able to find the hope and answers and joy in God's word.

How amazing that God cares for us like He does, and even more amazing that He wants to be involved in our everyday lives.

It's not easy to "be still." It sure is wonderful, though, and knowing that God is full of surprises makes life so much more joyful and exciting!

Thanks for sharing.

BeckyBeckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14923071173836974555noreply@blogger.com
