Joan and I filled the pincushions with a mixture of play sand and lavender flowers. So each time you use it (and sharpen your pins) the smell is heavenly. What a pretty reward. I'm sorry it took us so long. But timing is everything. And, the plan is to possibly make more or something of a similar nature.
It's so much fun getting together with friends; working on projects and visiting. We can get so wrapped up in our daily life that we forget the importance of fellowship. When getting together you are refreshed,forgetting your cares. You can help each other and laugh a lot. Whether its with a friend or a group; plan a project get together. You don't even have to work on the same thing - anything you'd like is fine. Just get together.
