A Diaper Bag ~

I've been going through pictures and found a few I hadn't shared, like this diaper bag I made for my sister about 8 years ago - it's hard to believe!

I was very pleased with how it turned out and I've been frantic trying to find the pattern(s) - we have a baby on the way - in fact our baby is being blessed with two - I'll be a "Gram" and also an "Auntie!"

Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.
(Psalms 127:3-5 ESV)

Congratulations, Vicky! Hope you find the pattern. I really like that diaper bag. You did a great job on it. I don't sew much but do make blankets and pillows every once in awhile. If I had a craft room, I'd probably do more. :0) I have been busy knitting hats and crocheting a blanket as I have a new grand-baby due two days after Christmas!

I never learned to crochet or knit but have friends who do a beautiful job I always admire the work of those who can. I sure know what you mean about a craft room - I really miss mine in Ohio. :( Thank you for the kind words and we are getting excited about the soon new arrival. October isn't that far off and you know how fast time flies. God Bless and Congratulations also!
