Hope ~

This morning around four I woke up to wind and pretty strong wind gust. I began to think of how you don't see the wind only its effects, but we believe there is a wind. The same can be true of God to the believer. We believe and know there is, though we might not see Him physically. And, since we do not see Him physically does not mean He isn't real.

I think a lot about 'today' and how this world is. I also think about the future and the hope I have. My faith is as the Bible states in Hebrews; Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. EVS or faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. NKJV Hebrews 11:1

And what is our hope - it is towards the future; we are called to persevere. I encourage you to read through Hebrews 10 - 12 but pointing out a few verses here. . . and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our heart sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess for He who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:21-23 NIV

Hope in His return, and what He has stored up for those who believe. The Bible speaks of these things and many prophesies have already happened many we can see unfolding if you will and right before our eyes. I have no doubt as it unfolds, and He will return for His bride that is His church - all and everyone who believes. But not just believes but only those who accepts His free gift.

As I continued on this morning, I was sent a clip which I looked at and another right after, they're both short and included here.

Kim Clement above I've followed over the years and the gentleman below Robin Bullock the clip is a first time watching this morning.

I liked what they had to say and when I was about finished with the last clip I looked out and saw this rainbow.  How cool. God's rainbow is a promise, and He keeps His promises. He is always faithful and true to His WORD - AMEN! If you can forgive me, I got a bit carried away but didn't include all the pics I took and argh with my phone. The camera would have been easier.

To be honest here I never saw a rainbow that lasted this long and as it faded a few times I just kept thanking the Lord for His glorious goodness and it would brighten up. It never really left even when the other appeared! Then they were gone.
I had to include this last pic my son sent it from a different location as you can see a couple miles out but of the same rainbow!

What is His free gift? answer is at the bottom.

He said He is coming soon. Revelation 22:7
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20 ESV

It is a free gift not one earned. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2: 8-9 [pretty simple] nothing we could ever do on our own can save us. God said we are to be Holy as He is Holy. 1 Peter 1:16

If you confess your sin, He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us. 1 John 1:9 ESV

He died on the cross for us taking everything owed us 'sinners' yet He was without sin.  Christ purchased our freedom and redeemed us from the curse of the Law and its condemnation by becoming a curse for us - for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS [crucified] ON A TREE {cross]" Galatians 3:13 AMP

Good News - - He rose again 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, and if we are His by and through His accepted gift, A gift that cost Him everything and one He freely gives - we to will have eternal life through Him. Forever with Him in glory and not some place created for the father of lies [the devil Satan himself] and fallen angles of evil.
Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve lid eth e rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-15 NIV

See, I set before you today life and good, death and evil. . . I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, Deuteronomy 30:15,19 [in part]

LIFE

I know it's long; I pray you are blessed with the knowledge of the Lord that brings you to life in Him! Having HOPE. Shalom - Peace
